The District K office is promoting this jazz performance, in partnership with Jazz Houston. Jazz Houston is a 501(c)3 organization that is dedicated to the performance and education of jazz music. During the upcoming 2017-2018 calendar season, they will present programming in Houston through a series of public concerts and workshops at multiple venues.
This upcoming Saturday, November 4, Jazz Houston will host a FREE event at the Fountain of Praise Church in honor of Ella Fitzgerald. Even though the Fountain of Praise Church has agreed to host this public event, the November 4 event is NOT exclusive to Fountain of Praise members. The event is FREE and open to the public at-large.
