TURKISH INDULGENCE at HEB Central Market
(For Ages 18 & up)
We join forces our with HEB Central Market Cooking School for a great cooking class. Limited number of seats are available for a %100 hands-on cooking experience.
We will give a class to explore a Turkish menu that includes these flavorful dishes:
Turkish Lentil Soup;
Islim Kabab (Meatball wrapped in Roasted Eggplant with Tomato Sauce);
Shepherd’s Salad (Turkish Salad with Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber & Long Green Peppers);
Bulghur Pilaf;
Revani (Semolina Cake soaked in Syrup).
There will also be a brief demonstration of the beautiful and unique art of “Ebru” (painting on water then transferring onto paper) at the end of class.
