3-1-1, Houston’s non-emergency city service directory and service request site, is now open for 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week service.
This service expansion will now allow City constituents to readily access 3-1-1 to report an immediate problem 7 days a week.
To access 3-1-1 via the internet, please click on the link: http://hfdapp.houstontx.gov/
When contacting 3-1-1 by phone request the call-taker to contact you once the service request is closed. Also, remember to retrieve your service request number when making your 3-1-1 request.
