The HPD’s “H-Town’s Rising Stars” fundraising gala supports several programs: Houston Police Explorers, Gang Prevention Unit (GPU), Greater Houston Police Activities League (GHPAL), Youth Police Advisory Council (YPAC), My Brother’s Keeper (MBK)
and Teen And Police Service (TAPS).
The event took place on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at The Ballroom at Bayou Place.
