(Positive Interaction Program)
Emergency Medical Preparedness
Are you prepared in the event of a medical emergency?
Emergency Medical Preparedness provides planning for lifesaving medical treatment and public health support to people in need within areas affected by emergencies. It is most beneficial to us all for hospitals and public health departments to work collaboratively. Without multi-agency Mutual Aid agreements, planning and coordination between hospitals, the response to public health emergencies could me impaired.
Our presenter for this month’s meeting will be Officer, Lazaro Maldonado from the HPD Southwest Substation.
Please join us! Your participation determines the success of this program. Remember to invite a neighbor and friend. It is important to share and grow through educational experiences.
