County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Council Member Edward Pollard cut a ribbon today with representatives of the Brays Oaks Management District, community organization leaders and former Council Member Mike Laster (second from left) to celebrate the paved Brays Oaks Bike Trail that connects the Keegans Bayou trail to the residential neighborhood containing Willow Meadow Drive. Ellis and Pollard provided the project funding; the Management District will maintain the trail.
