Detour and construction signs should start going up MONDAY, JUNE 1st, on the main and side streets around Hillcroft and Braeswood in preparation of the JUNE 15th closing of the bridge. The bridge will be closed for approximately 90 days. Not only will north/south travel across the bridge be nonexistent during the 90 project period, but east/west traffic will be impacted as well due to lane closures for intersection work. Please share this information with those that might be impacted.

The Brays Bayou Association (BBA) is exploring options for a June meeting…one factor is the ability for the Harris County Flood Control District to participate.
