Houston, Texas (August 11, 2017) Brays Oaks Management District (BOMD) is proud to announce that Mayor Turner appointed or reappointed members to the BOMD board of directors on Wednesday. The District congratulates Sylvia Rivas, Sheri L Cortez, Brandon Herndon, Ira Scott Jr. and Cindy Peden Chapman on their confirmation. BOMD would also like to thank Councilman Larry V. Green for his continued support in District K.

About the Brays Oaks Management District:
The Board will continue to implement the BOMD 15-year Service Improvement & Assessment Plan, adopted in 2012. The plan focuses on seven core areas including: enhanced public safety, business and economic development, environmental & urban design (beautification), marketing and public relations, mobility and transportation, education, and infrastructure related to flood control.
